At GBWKF we have built a reputation for successfully organising competitions that celebrate friendship through martial arts and showcase the authentic skills of Traditional Wushu. Our events are more than tournaments — they are platforms for cultural exchange, technical excellence, and community growth.

Another incredible milestone was achieved at the 2nd Traditional Wushu Championships in September 2025, where over 110 individual participants came together to demonstrate their skill and dedication. Competitors represented Northern, Southern and Internal styles, bringing energy, passion, and true martial spirit to the floor. This landmark event showed how Traditional Wushu can unite practitioners across regions and clubs, and how competitions can inspire both athletes and audiences alike.

We owe a massive thank you to all the officials, judges, and volunteers whose dedication and hard work made this event such a success. Their professionalism and commitment ensure that every participant feels supported, respected, and part of something bigger.

Building on this success, we are already preparing our next major competition, which promises to be even bigger and more inclusive. The upcoming European Championships will be a landmark opportunity to raise the profile of Traditional Wushu even further — with its date and location to be confirmed shortly.
